I really enjoyed Paul’s first Soul Retrieval course, he is an excellent teacher as he is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in the work but he has a way of explaining things that make it very easy to understand. I started off just coming to one workshop but was so impressed that I signed up for all three.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure how well the courses would work online, but I was wrong to have any doubts. Having experienced the courses now, I’ve been blown away at how well they work, and I actually prefer this format now. This is in no small part to the hard work and skill I can see has been put into finding ways to deliver the material online – as a teacher myself it is very impressive! Well done!

Paul is an inspiring, grounded, passionate, sane teacher. He’s honest, emotionally vulnerable, straightforward, kind, funny and does not suffer fools. This is refreshing given the bullshit that is being published and taught out there by head-tripping ungrounded New Age spiritual ‘teachers’. Cat is quietly in the background organising things and is also an amazing therapeutic shamanic practitioner (I’ve had a Soul Retrieval with her one to one) and both make you feel very welcome as an individual. They are also very reasonably priced
The Three Ravens College of Therapeutic Shamanism and Animism founded by Paul Francis, provides a more rich and efficient form of Shamanism than others I’ve given my time to over many years. My practice, therefore, has been utterly transformed, first through reading Paul’s books, then through taking the courses. I’m preparing to take my 5th course in November. This approach takes you far deeper shamanically whilst providing invaluable psychological and emotional support. Rooting into an animist path feels like finally finding home after a long search. Paul is a wise, compassionate, sensitive man who teaches with sparkling clarity, humour, and enthusiasm. I’ve found the Signal community groups and the Three Ravens team to be welcoming and supportive. I’m loving this work. My understanding has grown exponentially and I’ve found a more joyful way of walking through life following these soulful, grounding practices.
Big thanks to you all for your skilful facilitation over the last 4 weeks. My experience is of having been nourished and inspired through journeying and I feel a greater sense of embodied connection to nature, personal power and sources of inspiration and guidance.
Online training has its advantages! In contrast to addressing everything in few days, the learning is spread over 4 or 5 weeks. This really allows you to digest the materials and to ask any questions that might arise. Connecting with like-minded people over groups.io and signal groups in the meantime is also a big bonus that is not to be ignored.
